Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Arion Suites Hotel Kemang was a mixed bag of luxury and value. The clean rooms and smooth check-in/out process were positives, although the rate was just okay. The hotel's location near vibrant nightlife spots and numerous restaurants is a major selling point. On the downside, the rooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning to combat dust and humidity smells. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during our extended 10-day stay. However, improvements in guest satisfaction measures could enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, the free Wi-Fi and delicious food were notable highlights. While the hotel offers a convenient location and decent facilities, enhancing the overall value proposition could cater to a wider range of guests seeking a balance between luxury and affordability.
