My recent stay at Arion Suites Hotel Kemang was a mixed bag of luxury and value. The clean rooms and smooth check-in/out process were positives, although the rate was just okay. The hotel's location near vibrant nightlife spots and numerous restaurants is a major selling point.On the downside, the rooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning to combat dust and humidity smells. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during our extended 10-day stay. However, improvements in guest satisfaction measures could enhance the overall experience.In terms of amenities, the free Wi-Fi and delicious food were notable highlights. While the hotel offers a convenient location and decent facilities, enhancing the overall value proposition could cater to a wider range of guests seeking a balance between luxury and affordability.
